Balochistan imposes partial lockdown for 3 weeks in effort to control corona spread

Balochistan government has imposed partial lockdown across the province in an effort to control the spread of the coronavirus.
According to a notification issued by the provincial home department, all shopping centres and restaurants will remain closed for three weeks.


However, restaurants have been allowed to offer home delivery services and take-away. 
Inter-provincial as well as intercity transport will also remain suspended for three weeks, the notification read.
Most of the coronavirus cases in th country, emerging from Pak-Iran border along Balochistan after which the government has decided to limit public activity and movement to curb the spread of the virus.
